You may consider meditating with these Five Magic Words (i.e., Five Magic Sounds) for at least 30 minutes a day. If you decide that these are of benefit to you, you may consider increasing your meditating time to two hours per diurnal cycle day as soon as possible. Repeat them in the exact order that they are.
Practicing this Transcendental Meditation is also practicing Focused Attention Meditation. One of the most efficient way to meditate upon these Five Magic Words is to imagine seeing the words as you say them; focusing solely on the Five Magic Words. When your mind wanders, gently bring your attention back to the sound and imagery of the words.
You do not have to do anything besides simply repeat these sounds within your mind mentally or repeat these sounds out loud. This is all you have to do for these to work. You are asked to use your own discernment before using these words and also know that you have the choice as to use them or not use them via your own free will.
Remember, if you will, that certain sound vibrational complexes of the Hebrew and Sanskrit language is representative of the light/love that built all that there is; birthing all that exist as and within the illusion(s) of space/time and time/space; these sounds have power before space and time as their are the building blocks of the universe.
